We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return only IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be broken or not working properly. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can describe your issue and send pictures of it not working to our support email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacement

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
- If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
